The Residences and Ritz Carlton Club is located in Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii and consisted of the construction of 62 timeshare units, 84 residential units, and related amenities. The site encompasses a 24-acre parcel of land of which 19.73 acres will be developed. The timeshare
units comprise of two buildings and range from 2,500 to over 2,900 square feet and five to six stories. The residences comprise of four buildings and range in size from 3,700 to 5,300 square feet and three to six stories. Amenities include a European type spa, beach club
building, ocean bar, pools and water features, lush landscaping, and an arrival building with a grand entry porte-cochere.
